Students are entitled to a full refund for trial lessons if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is available once the trial lesson has been completed.
Lessons can be cancelled and fully refunded if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. No refund is available after the lesson has ended or during the lesson.
Unused wallet balance can be refunded within 14 days of the top-up date by contacting our support team. Refund processing takes 5 to 10 business days.
Refunds are not available in the following cases: completed lessons, no-show without prior notice, or violation of usage policies.
